I help individuals and organizations to develop their Genuine Personality Brand.

What's that you ask? It means you get to own and embody your message, feel comfortable expressing it and convey what makes you different from your competition. Pretty badass, right?

Are you ready to attract the right audience and repel the wrong one?

Do you feel reluctant to let your personality shine in business?

Do you feel like you don't know where the line is between genuine and being "professional" (whatever that means)? Maybe it’s because you’ve been conditioned over time to create this business persona. Or, you fear showing too much of yourself will alienate potential clients, customers, and even employers.

Surprise! It’s actually the opposite.

Go All in On Your Brand

Whether you’re a solopreneur, a small business, or an employee, your audience is hungry for personality. They want someone or something to relate to. They crave humanity. That’s what drives connection. So what are you waiting for? Give your audience more of you.

RAISING THE BAR

A newsletter so good, you’ll wish it came more often.

(But you’ll have to settle for twice a month.)

PLUS, you'll also get access to my free download, 25 email subject lines that get opened, giving you a leg up on getting your content read (and with personality, of course).

Woo-hoo! Personality is on the way!

“Danielle’s Mad Libs exercise is brilliant and it helped me to convey a personality that feels authentic and true to who I am in real life.”

- Judy Schoenberg, EvolveMe, LLC

“Danielle, you’re really funny and smart (oh, go on!), but I’m not that outgoing. I’m more reserved and my industry is conservative.” No worries! In fact, that’s great.

Developing a Genuine Personality Brand has nothing to do with being outgoing and everything to do with finding what piece of you we can bring into your message. I want you to feel comfortable with what you share — or don’t — and we’ll find that happy medium together. (like I did for this client)

Rest assured, while our phone conversations might be fun and relaxed and I often use language that’s NSFW, your personal comfort and brand integrity is everything.

Okay I know what you're thinking...

While I might help you be more progressive with your voice, I would never compromise you, your brand message or values.

Let's get personal.

I’ve been called a wordsmith, a magician, a copywriter extraordinaire, a lifesaver and a badass. Four of these are accurate. Eh, who am I kidding, they’re all accurate.

And while I can’t pull a rabbit out of my hat, I can hone your brand message, engage your audience and deadlift you or your employees, but not at the same time. That’s just irresponsible. (note: I’m available for office party tricks and accept payment in bottles of Bordeaux.)

Just a few clients I've helped amp up their personality

Featured Client: Go Long

Jill Beck wanted to build a new wellness model. She hired MTW to help come up with a name, a tagline, a brand guide and a website that clearly describes her business and speaks to her target customer. Because her concept is new, we had to conduct research, hold focus groups and devise messaging that clearly articulated her brand positioning.

MTW worked closely with the website and graphic designer, weighing in on visual identity as well as UX and UI. The result is Go Long, a wellness concierge for the sandwich generation, providing a curated community and focused support while matching people to the right workout aligned with their life and their goals.

Check out Go Long.

“Danielle burrows into the soul of your business and makes you sound better.”
